In paragraph 6 of the application, the petitioner claims that it is causing inconvenience to the petitioner and his family members and that he cannot run his business which is there in the locality.

The allegations are without any evidence. The nature of business that the petitioner carries on in the locality is not stated. The so-called inconvenience is of no consequence given the nature of charges as against the petitioner. In such circumstances, we find no merit in the application.

CRAN 2 of 2022 is rejected.
