Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears before this court. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course. Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case and the onus has been shifted from the driver to the owner of the vehicle.

Record of this revisional application reflects that the petitioner's application for anticipatory bail was rejected on 6th September, 2022 in CRM(A) 4267 of 2022. Till date the petitioner is absconding and has not joined either the investigation of the case or trial of the case. The petitioner has not approached this court with clean hands and prays for further investigation. Having considered the conduct of the petitioner and the nature of the prayers which have been advanced, I am not inclined

to interfere with the same.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 483 of 2023 is dismissed.
