Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the learned ACJM, Baruipur passing directions in G.R. Case No. 4308 of 2024 arising out of Narendrapur Police Station Case No. 681/2024 the petitioner is unable to retrieve the amount from the concerned banks. Although petitioner's amount has been earmarked at the concerned banks and the court has passed specific direction upon the authorities.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that communications have been made by the Investigating Officer to the concerned banks. In view of the police authorities having exhausted their duties in accordance with law it is presently between the petitioner and the bank for recovery of the money concerned.

The petitioner is directed to make the concerned banks necessary party and file applications before the learned ACJM, Baruipur who would pass directions upon the bank for necessary orders in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3359 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
