Steps have been taken by the Officer-in-Charge, Tala Police Station. The police authorities have prayed for incorporating the names of the two witnesses in column No.13 of the charge-sheet. The same was allowed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah. The petitioner is granted liberty to take out appropriate application before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah who would exercise his discretion in case any untoward incident happens during the continuance of the present proceedings. No interference is made at this stage.

Accordingly, the application being CRM (SB) 26 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
