Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that there has been interference at the behest of the private respondents in peaceful enjoyment of her life. State has submitted a report. Report reflects certain issues relating to her mental health and on an enquiry it has surfaced that the petitioner is residing at her flat separately at the ground floor of the said premises.

As the petitioner is solely staying at the ground floor of the premises, in case there is any interference at the behest of any individual, police authorities would extend help to the petitioner by taking steps against the individual who is involved in disrupting the peace and/or tranquility and creates interference in the portion of the premises which belongs to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3362 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
