In the order dated 27th June, 2022, the name of the petitioner has been typed as Janardan Dey. Petitioner says that it should be Janerand Dey. It appears from the cause title of the writ petition as also of that in the application that the petitioner is Janardan Dey. In the affidavit to the writ petition and that to the application, however, it is stated that the petitioner's name to be Janerdan Dey. The correction in the name as sought for by the petitioner cannot be allowed as the mistake, if any, is in the cause title and not in the order dated 27th June, 2022. In the 6th and 7th line of the first paragraph of the order, the date of joining of the petitioner has gone down as 28th November, 2005 instead of 23rd December, 2005. Let the order dated 27th June, 2022 be corrected by replacing the date of joining of the petitioner as

23rd December, 2005 instead of 28th November, 2005 in the 6th and 7th line of the first paragraph of the said order.

The application, being CAN 1 of 2022, is accordingly disposed of without any order as to costs. (Arindam Mukherjee, J.)
