It is submitted on behalf of the District Magistrate that the application under section of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 would be positively disposed of within a period of four weeks from date.

In view of the above, WPA 3539 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the concerned District Magistrate to dispose of the subject application under section 14 of the SARFAESI within a period of four weeks from the date of passing this order. 3.

It is made clear that the above direction is peremptory in nature.
