Petitioner has preferred the present writ petition challenging the illegal and unauthorized construction of multi-storied building being carried out on behalf of the respondent no. 5 in property no. L.R. Dag No. 473 under L.R. Khatian No. 1041, Mouza - Dharsa, Satashi, Dakshinpara, P.O. - G.I.P. Colony, P.S. - Jagacha, Ward No. 47, Dist.- Howrah.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of his representation dated 28.01.2025 the respondent-municipality has already conducted hearing on 17.03.2025. Though he states that no final

order has been passed after conclusion of the said hearing.

Learned Counsel for the respondentmunicipality states that they are in the process of passing the final order and the same shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent-municipality, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondentmunicipality to pass final orders within a period of 3 weeks. The said final order shall be communicated to the petitioners within one week thereafter. Needless to state that the aggrieved party is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Let urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
