The order against which contempt application has been filed, has been complied with and accordingly, no further proceedings remain in this contempt application. The respondent-contemnor is directed to provide the corrected copy to the School Authorities and to the petitioner within a period of seven days from date.

The contempt proceeding being WPCRC 121 of 2023 is dropped. The contempt rule is discharged. The alleged contemnor is present in Court today and his personal appearance is dispensed with.
