And In Re : Bhabeh Barman ..... petitioner Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee Mr. Debapriya Majumder Mr. Surjeet Basu Ray .... for the petitioner Ms. Faria Hossain Mr. Anand Keshari ... for the State Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the police filed charge-sheet. Moreover, the other coaccuseds were enlarged either on anticipatory bail or on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 909 of 2022 is dismissed.
