This is an application for bail in connection with Beliabera P. S. Case No.05 of 2020 dated 15.01.2020 under Sections 341/324/325/326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code at the behest of the petitioners.

The victim sustained grievous injury and succumbed after seven days thereafter in the hospital.

We have perused the statement of the eye witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the post mortem report. We do not find that it is a fit case where the petitioners should be released on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
