akb Mr. Banshi Badan Maity ...For the Petitioner Ms. Mita Biswas ...For the State This matter has come up at the instance of the learned Advocate for the petitioner pointing out some inadvertent typographical mistake in the order dated February 28, 2020, which is corrected as under :- 1.

The phrase "and arrear pension" appearing in the 4th line of paragraph 5 at page 1 and 1st line of page 2 of the said order be deleted from the said order.

The order dated February 28, 2020, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated February 28, 2020.

Certified copy of the order February 28, 2020, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.

Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
