Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was not named in the First Information Report. The petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner is involved in illegal mining of coal. He is the kingpin of the racket.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 912 of 2022 is dismissed.
