Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. He draws the attention of the Court to the First Information Report. He submits that the petitioner was not named in the First Information Report. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner took obscene and offensive pictures of the petitioner and circulated them in the social media.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 911 of 2022 is dismissed.
