1. A report dated 09.06.2024 is received from Additional Officer-inCharge, Burtolla P.S. indicating that the respondent no. 2, who is the proprietor of the respondent no. 1/shop had died on 07.12.1996.

2. In view of the death of the respondent no. 2, the instant appeal stands abated both against the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

3. With the aforementioned finding, CRA 33 of 1995 is disposed of.

4. Department is directed to send down the LCR along with a copy of this order forthwith.
