Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appearing for the State, as per earlier direction on 30th June, 2023, has produced the case diary.

I have perused the letter of complaint as also the materials which have been collected by the Investigating Agency. Having regard to the nature of the allegations at this stage when the investigation is in progress, I am of the opinion that there is no scope for interference by this Court. In course of investigation, if the Investigating Agency is of the opinion that the

investigation can be carried out without the petitioners being taken into custody, unnecessarily the petitioners should not be taken into custody. So far as the FIR is concerned, no interference is made regarding the investigation. The investigation must be taken to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 484 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
