The revisional application is moved in presence of the opposite parties including the State praying for quashing of the investigation.

Learned counsel for the State submits a report from the concerned investigating officer which shows that the present case has ended in charge sheet against other accused persons.

The present petitioners before this Court being petitioner no. 1 and 2 have been discharged from the said case for want of evidence against them.

Considering the present status of the case, the revisional application has now become infructuous and is accordingly disposed.
