And In the matter of : Abdul Gaffar Mondal ...... petitioner Mr. Robiul Islam, Mr. Raju Mondal, Mr. Masooq Rahman ....for the petitioner in CRM(A) 411 of 2024 & CRM(A) 499 of 2024 Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury, Mr. R. Jana ....for the State Mr. Arnab Chatterjee, Ms. Dhanasree Biswas, Ms. Poulami Bose ....for the de facto complainant in CRM(A) 411 of 2024 & CRM(A) 499 of 2024 Two applications for anticipatory bail are taken up for analogous hearing as they emanate out of same police station.

Leave granted to learned advocate-on-record for the petitioners to correct the cause-title.

In view of the provisions of the Indian Penal Code namely, Section 376(3) thereof, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners does not wish to proceed with the applications. In such circumstances, CRM(A) 411 of 2024 and CRM(A) 499 of 2024 are dismissed as not pressed.
