The grievance of the petitioner is that there has been no progress of the investigation inspite of the case being transferred to the CID, West Bengal.

Mr.

Sengupta, learned advocate, appearing for the State submits that the investigation of the case has been completed. The truck was recovered from Makhampura area and, on conclusion of the investigation, charge-sheet was submitted on or about 05.05.2025.

Having considered that the police authorities have taken the investigation to its logical conclusion, further direction is unwarranted in this present case.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to address other grievances, if any, before the learned jurisdictional court in seisin of the aforesaid case.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3365 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
