The petitioner complains that the private respondent is trying to evict her from the shop-room in question. She has complained to Shyampur Police Station but in vain.

Counsel for the Shyampur Police Station submits that proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been taken out after enquiries made to the complaint.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner may pursue her civil remedies against the private respondent in accordance with law.

The Officer-in-charge, Shyampur Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
