The petitioner participated in the recruitment process conducted by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education initiated in the year 2020. She intends to know the marks that have been allotted to her after adding the additional six marks, if any, for the wrong answers in the written examination of TET 2014. It will be open for the petitioner to apply before the Board for obtaining the relevant information. In the event the petitioner applies before the Board along with prescribed fees, then necessary steps shall be taken by the Board to disclose the information as sought for by the petitioner, at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
