The order dated May 21, 2021 required the petitioners to furnish a bond of Rs.10,000/- only each with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

Such condition is modified to read that the petitioners will furnish a bond of Rs.10,000/- only each with two registered sureties of like amount.

All other conditions of the order dated May 21, 2021 will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
