Ms. Indumouli Banerjee ... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioners complain that they are being attempted to be thrown out of the property concerned by the private respondents and in spite of informing the police authorities, no action has been taken. It has also been contended that a part of the boundary wall has been demolished by the private respondents.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there has been video coverage in respect of the statements made by the petitioners before the police authority where they had contended that

the private respondents threatened the petitioner 10-12 years ago.

Having considered the submissions advanced both by the petitioners as also the State, I direct the police authorities to ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

The police authorities would also ensure that there is no crisis of law and order arising in respect of the property concerned.

So far as the right, title, interest, possession, occupation and usages of the property are concerned, these are the absolute domain of the learned Civil Court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3382 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioners.
