Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the incident occurred due to previous enmity. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and the photographs of the injuries.

Apparently, the injuries are such that there was a possibility of the same turning fatal.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 631 of 2023 is dismissed.
