Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged complaints with the police on which the police are inactive.

The State and the private respondents are represented. Learned Advocate appearing for the State referring to the written instructions dated March 21, 2021 submits that, none of the complaints lodged by the petitioner discloses commission of any cognizable offence. The police visited the locale and asked both the private parties to maintain peace. It appears that there are disputes between the private parties which are civil in nature. There are disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents over the issue of dumping of materials.

In such circumstances, no further interference is called for by the writ Court. The private parties are at liberty to avail of their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 3880 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all legal formalities.
