The records indicate that, pursuant to the order dated April 17, 2025, passed by this Court, an inspection was conducted by the Station Manager, Paikar CCC, to determine whether respondent no. 7, Iorati Sk., has any submersible pump set connection on the land adjacent to the submersible pump set connection of the petitioner.

The report concludes as follows:

"At the time of inspection, no agricultural pump set was observed running on any of the plots examined."

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 3379 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
