1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioners are the candidates who participated in the D.El.Ed. Training Course for the year 20212023 conducted by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. Most of their examinations are complete. What remains is the external evaluation of the subject school internship including practice teaching.

3. The petitioners apprehend that the delay by the Board in completing the aforesaid course and issuance of certificate may prejudice them against participation in any future process.

4. Counsel for the Board submits that there is no selection process in the offing that is immediately.

5. Be that as it may, the West Bengal Board of Primary Education shall ensure issuance of final

certificates to all eligible candidates, who sat for the D.El.Ed. Course for the year 2021-2023 mandatorily and positively within a period of three months from date and in any event before any new selection process is undertaken for Primary Teachers.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
