2. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

3. Mr. Pratik Dhar, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the Madrasah Service Commission at the very outset, submits that prayer 'a' of the writ petition is not maintainable before this Court.

4. At this stage, Mr. Saikat Chatterjee, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate Bench having determination.

5. In view of the above submission made on behalf of the respective parties, the writ petition being no. W.P.A. 3691 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
