1. Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. The petitioner is involved in inducing the innocent villagers on the promise of imparting money with higher returns.

3. In view of the nature of crime which partakes the character of an organised crime, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required for unraveling the ramifications of the crime and recovery of the misappropriated money. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
