Petitioner has filed the present writ petition alleging unauthorized construction being carried out at Holding No.966, Ward No.9 under Chandernagore Municipal Corporation. 3.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that an order of demolition has already been passed by the Chandernagore Municipal Corporation on 26.03.2025. She further submits that her client is satisfied with the development in the present writ petition and does not wish to press the same any further in terms of the demolition order dated 26.03.2025.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not press.

There shall be no order as to costs.
