The order dated 4th September, 2023 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in MAT 1614 of 2023 with IA No. CAN 1 of 2023 and CAN 2 of 2023 (Sri Amitava Sengupta v. Smt. Smriti Sengupta & Ors.) has been placed before this Court. It appears therefrom that the order passed by this Bench was set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

In view of the above, there is no scope to proceed with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands dismissed upon discharge of the Rule of Contempt issued earlier. 4.
