The appellant submits that on the very same day after filing of the appeal, the Prescribed Authority has convened a meeting on March 2, 2022 for removal of the concerned Pradhan.

The appellant does not want to press this appeal and prays for liberty to challenge the said notice. In that view of the matter the appeal and the connected application stand dismissed with liberty to the appellant to challenge the said notice dated February 21, 2022 in accordance with law.
