The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of the subject Chemistry at Paharpur J.J.

Adarsha Vidyalaya (H.S), District - Purba Medinipur.

The petitioner, through his school, applied to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education to get a relevant Certificate to pursue his higher studies.

The petitioner being aggrieved by the delay in issuing the said Certificate, has filed the instant writ petition.

Mr. Ghosh Chowdhury, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, such certificate has been issued by the Board, he files copy of the order of the Board dated January 08, 2024 to the said effect, let it be kept with the record.

The grievance of the petitioner since has already been addressed, no further order(s) need be passed in the matter.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 3240 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
