CO No. 453 of 2023 Sri Bablu Das versus Sri Bata Krishna Mondal, deceased, his legal heirs & Ors.

There is a typographical mistake in the cause title of the order dated 25.04.2023. The name of opposite party "Bata Krishan Mondal deceased, his Legal heirs & Ors" should be corrected as "Sri Bata Krishna Mondal, deceased, his legal heirs & Ors".

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction of the cause title in the order dated 25.04.2023.

Other portion of the order dated 25.04.2023 shall remain unchanged.

This order may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 25.04.2023.
