Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1 was subsequently arrested and enlarged on bail.

Consequently, CRM (A) 919 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed on behalf of the petitioner No.1.

So far as the other petitioners are concerned, the police case is of 2018. Therefore, there is a long history of absconsion on behalf of the petitioners.

In view of such absconsion of the petitioners and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 919 of 2022, is rejected.
