On prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to correct the cause title of the application.

The petitioner has assailed the order dated 6th November, 2024 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 4th Court, Nadia at Krishnanagar in SC 139(4) of 2021 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and the petitioner and the defacto complainant are living a happy marital life together. Be that as it may, the petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned trial Court within a fortnight from date. If the petitioner undertakes surrenders before the learned trial Court within a fortnight from date, he shall be allowed to remain on the same bond. In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned trial Court within the stipulated time frame, the learned trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner in accordance with law without further reference to this Court. Warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner vide order dated 6th November, 2024 be stayed till 21st March, 2025. CRR 677 of 2025 is disposed of.
