akb Mr. Biswajit Mal ...For the Petitioner Inadvertent typographical mistakes in the order dated April 27, 2021 which are corrected as under :- 1.

The date "3.12.1999" appearing in the sixth line of paragraph 2 at page 1 of the said order be substituted by the date "30.5.2007".

The amount "Rs.27,763/-" appearing in the second line of paragraph 3 at page 2 of the said order be substituted by the amount "Rs. 30,010.70".

The order dated April 27, 2021, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated April 27, 2021.

Certified copy of the order dated April 27, 2021, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly. Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
