The issue of revisional application is with regard to the prayer for expeditious disposal of application for repairing of shop room.

Considering the nature of the prayer, I find no reason to ask the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite parties and service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Barrackpore is requested to dispose of the application for repairing of shop room on the date fixed therefor positively, if possible, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to the suit. Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Barrackpore.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
