Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned adjudication order dated 8th February, 2022, under Section 74 of the WBGST Act which is an appealable order under the Statute and without filing the statutory appeal against the same and allowing the impugned adjudication order to become time barred, this writ petition has been filed after more than eight months without any single word of explanation in this writ petition about not availing the alternative remedy by way of appeal in spite of expiry of more than eight months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 3249 of 2023 and the same is dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent

the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy, if such is available to him under the law.
