The petitioners are the appellants in the First Appeal No. A/865/2019, pending before the West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kolkata Kreta Suraksha Bhawan, 2nd Bench at Kolkata.

The petitioners are complaining delay in disposal of the said appeal and are praying a direction for expeditious disposal of it. It appears from the record that the said appeal has reached to the stage of final hearing. The Commission is requested to expedite the disposal of it.

C.O. 456 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
