A direction to secure expeditious disposal of the pending suit is the ultimate prayer in this revisional application.

The suit admittedly was instituted in the year 2014 with a prayer for declaration, injunction together with other consequential reliefs.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, and bearing in mind the pendency of the suit, service of notice of this application upon the opposite party is considered to be not necessary. Accordingly, service of notice of this application upon opposite party stands dispensed with.

Upon perusal of the certified copy of orders passed by the learned Court below, which is produced by the learned advocate for the petitioner, it appears that several interlocutory applications are pending for decision.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Alipore in Title Suit No. 176 of 2014 is directed to ensure expeditious disposal of the pending interlocutory applications, preferably within a period of months from the date of

communication of this order, but without granting unnecessary adjournments, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

After causing disposal of interlocutory applications, this Court reposes trust and confidence upon the learned Court below that the court below would always put sincere endeavour to ensure expeditious disposal of the pending suit taking into account the year of institution of this case. Let the certified copy of the orders passed by the Court below be taken on record.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
