Sen Mr. Lal Mohan Basu ... for the State Upon hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, WPA 3166 of 2022 may be disposed of with the direction on the Regional Transport Authority, Purulia and the Secretary of the said Authority to dispose of the objection made by the petitioner on 17th December, 2021 with regard to the permit number mentioned in the writ petition granted to the private respondent. The objection may be disposed of within four weeks from date after hearing all relevant parties including the petitioner and the private respondent and a copy of the reasoned order passed by the Authority be made available to the petitioner within two weeks from the date on which such order is passed.
