Affidavits in opposition in WPA 4146 of 2024 and WPA 2252 of 2024 are filed in Court today. Let these be taken on record.

The State respondents want to rely on the said affidavits, in all the writ petitions in this bunch. Mr. Roy, learned counsel seeks to file affidavit in reply in WPA No.2252 of 2024. Let the reply be filed within ten days.

Mr. Samanta, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that in the writ petition being WPA 3283 of 2024, WPA 3274 of 2024 and WPA 3278 of 2024, there is no affidavit in opposition filed by any of the respondents.

Mr. Sen, learned Additional Government Pleader for the State has submitted that since the principle of law point involved in all these writ petitions are similar, the said respondents want to rely on the affidavits in opposition, already submitted in respect of other writ petitions in this bunch of cases.
