This is an application for bail in connection with Haroa P.S. Case No. 194 of 2020 dated 16.06.2020 under Sections 21(c)/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act at the behest of the petitioner.

The commercial quantity of contraband is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 16th June, 2020. We do not think that it is a fit case where the petitioner has been able to make out any case taking exception to Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act. As such, the petitioner's prayer for bail is rejected.

The application for bail, being CRM 1481 of 2021, is, thus, dismissed.
