Mohanty Mr. Shivam Saha ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Diamond Harbour to dispose of the Title Suit No.358 of 2015 expeditiously.

After going through the order sheets appended to the civil revision application this Court finds that the service upon the defendants is yet to be effected. In view thereof this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observation CO 508 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
