In the matter of:- Late Mrs. Singdha Chatterjee (through power of attorney holder Dr. Atanu Chattopadhyay) No one appears on behalf of the petitioner even on second call.

No certified copy of any order has been annexed with the revision petition although the same is filed in physical form.

More significantly, the revisional application is filed purportedly by a deceased person on being represented by her power of attorney holder son.

A dead person cannot file an application. As such, this application is totally misconceived.

Therefore, the application is not maintainable. The revisional application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
