Mr. Agarwal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the earlier order passed on 09.03.2022 in CRR 1791 of 2020. In view of the parties being same and dispute arising from the Misc. Case No. 394 of 2018 and the subject-matter of challenge relating to an order of execution passed on February 2021, I am of the opinion that the order dated 09.03.2022 passed in CRR 1791 of 2020 is to be followed in the present case in view of the directions passed therein.

Mr. Agarwal, learned advocate submits in respect of his grievance in relation to the subsequent proceedings pursuant to the order passed on 09.03.2022, the petitioner has taken recourse to a fresh revisional application which is pending before this Court.

In view of the aforesaid, no order need be passed in the present revisional application and is disposed of accordingly. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
