Mr. Habibur Rahaman Mr. Archishman Singh ...for the Petitioner Mr. Nadeem Sulaiman ...for Madrasah Board Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that an application seeking recognition of madrasah was filed based on which an inspection was carried out by the District Level Inspection team in the year 2013 but subsequently no steps were taken which conferred right upon the madrasah authority to get recognition.

Today Court cannot direct the concerned State authorities to process the application made by the petitioner based on which inspection was conducted in 2013 in the said madrasah.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of granting leave to the petitioner to make fresh application seeking recognition of the concerned madrasah, in accordance with law. If such application is made, respondent authorities shall take steps accordingly.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
