Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It appears from the report that the documents including ration card, residential certificate, EPIC card, high school reports, pan card and admission details of Calcutta University have been verified and found to be genuine.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that further detention of the petitioner is not required. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.

The petitioner namely Ratul Basak shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dakshin Dinajpur subject to condition that he shall appear before the investigating officer as and when called for and shall not

tamper with the evidence or intimidate the witnesses in any manner whatsoever.

The application for bail is disposed of.
