The Regent Park Police Station has filed a report and the same is taken on record. It appears that two charge sheets have been filed in the matter against the private respondents.

Mr. Singh, learned advocate for the private respondent/husband, produces a copy of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent/husband on 9th June, 2021 in CRM 3039 of 2021.

The petitioner expresses serious apprehension of harm against herself. The allegations are rather vague and sketchy.

In those circumstances, the petitioner shall apply formally before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Suburban Division, who shall assess the threat perception to the petitioner and pass suitable orders thereupon.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
